Mackin & Sons was very quick to get me on their schedule. Anthony did a great job replacing my water heater and made sure the replacement had no defects. He coordinated with my home warranty company as well. Thank you for fixing this so quickly!

Mackin & Sons provided excellent service when my water heater failed. They got me on the schedule the first day I was available and gave me a written estimate with options to repair or replace. I chose replacement, and they helped me secure financing. Josh and Ethan did a fantastic job fitting a 40-gallon water heater and drain pan into a small opening that previously held only a 30-gallon.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and completely re-routed the exhaust at no charge. I feel confident giving them my money because I know they will do good work and stand behind it too. Mackin customer for life.

Our 18 year old hot water tank gas valve died and we had Christian out the next day to provide a quote on repair or replacement options. Christian was very helpful answering our questions and we ended up opting to replace with a new tankless system rather than put more money into such an old water tank. The following day, Nick and Thomas installed a Navien tankless system, answered my questions, and left the area clean and neat when they were done. Very happy with the prompt service and to have hot water again!

For the past ten years or more we have relied on Mackin & Sons Plumbing. Mike and his team are professional, timely and skilled. When we were researching options for a new water heater, Mike recommended and we purchased a tankless water heater, which provides unlimited hot water, on demand. We have been very happy with the product.

Have used Mackin & Sons in the past for house issues but chose them to replace our water heater to a tankless heater. Install was great. On time, laid down floor protectors, made sure the door was shut for our toddlers, and end product was clean.

Anthony of Mackin and Sons Plumbing has replaced all our copper with PEX and now we have manifolds to isolate individual fittings, a new well pressure tank and switch and a lot less leaky copper joints. They got to our house within 24 hours of our call. Anthony came out to inspect what we thought was a clogged drain. Turned out it was frozen solid. That day he was able to reroute the plumbing to prevent freezing in the future, and they swapped some of our old valves for updated ones to make the plumbing safer and more efficient.

Anthony and Nick were very good installing a new Rheem hot water tank, utility sink, faucet, and several shut-off valves. Had Nick out for additional work in the upstairs shower and sink, plus a pressure reducing valve. I would have them out again.

Mackin and son were here within an hour to give me an estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high but agreed to what Anthony suggested I do. Boy was I surprised! With what all he did I almost feel like I was undercharged! (Kidding) I'm very happy with the outcome of this work and I definitely would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs!

Our water heater went out. I called these guys and they were actually able to come out and replace it the same day! I've never had a better plumber response. They were here within an hour of my call, and the new water heater was installed before lunch time! It doesn't get any better than that.

I had called Mackin & Sons to come out to do an annual service on our tankless water heater (which they had installed several years ago when our water tank failed). Upon entering the basement, there was water all over the floor from a leaking pipe. Jeff shut off our water and discovered the problem: a pipe in the ceiling had developed a leak from a bad seal. In the time that it took Jeff to service our tankless hot water heater, he was also able to replace the broken pipe. Great company with great people.

Excellent work completed in difficult circumstances. We had some underground plumbing leaking below the frost line that Mackin and Sons were able to fix for us within 24 hours of a phone call. It had rained for 3 days so conditions were terrible and they got the job done exceptionally well.
